During a briefing on Tuesday, August 6, Venislavsky spoke about demobilization in Ukraine, explaining why it is difficult to talk about this topic now, NBN reports.

According to the MP, the relevant issue is painful, firstly, because of the difficult situation on the battlefield, and secondly, because of Russia's intentions to increase the potential of its armed forces.

The official said that at the Committee meeting, intelligence communities provided information about the Kremlin's plans to increase the number of Putin's army in our country by several dozen or even hundreds of thousands of invaders. Given Moscow's corresponding goals, it is difficult to talk about demobilization.

Earlier, the head of the Rada Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence, Oleksandr Zavitnevych, explained the delay in adopting the bill on demobilization. The MP also spoke about the preparation of the relevant document.
