Military expert, retired colonel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Petro Chernik spoke about mobilization in the aggressor country, telling how the Russian Federation is replenishing Putin's occupation army, which is fighting against Ukraine.

Chernik in a comment to “24 Kanal” said that the mobilization resource of the aggressor country is 3 million people. At the same time, the Russians have begun to have problems with replenishing the “second army of the world”, which has not yet acquired the scale that Ukraine needs, NBN reports.
According to the expert, Moscow has begun to recruit citizens of foreign countries into Putin's occupation forces. Mercenaries from African countries and Cuba are already fighting in the ranks of the Russian invaders, and it is possible that the Russian Federation will soon be looking for potential occupiers in Asia. Chernik believes that the Russians will be able to drag several thousand of these fighters to the front in Ukraine.
He noted that, if necessary, North Korea can also extend a helping hand to the aggressor and send at least several engineering brigades that will go to the front line. The appearance of people who will build dugouts, repair roads and deal with logistics will allow the Russian Federation to free up potential in the form of infantry for “meat assaults”.
