The Ukrainian Air Force reported that on the night of August 11, the aggressor country fired dozens of Geranium-2/Shakhed missiles and 4 North Korean KN-23 ballistic missiles at regions of Ukraine, including the Kyiv region.

As NBN reports with reference to the official Telegram channel of the Kyiv OVA, there were no direct hits on the territory of the region, but the Russian Federation actually killed two people by falling debris from the eliminated targets – a 35-year-old father and his 4-year-old son.
Based on the words of the head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration Ruslan Kravchenko, three more people were taken to the Brovarsky Multidisciplinary Clinical Hospital, and we are talking about:
- a man born in 1979 – with a fractured ulna and body abrasions;
- a woman born in 1973 – with body abrasions, bruised wrist and hand;
- a child born in 2011 – with a concussion, injured spine and subcutaneous hematoma (the young man was hospitalized).
Also, the consequences of the Russian attack are currently being documented in three districts of the Kyiv region, but it is already known about the complete destruction of buildings in two private households and damage of varying degrees in 22 more.
