As NBN reports with reference to the Telegram channel of the operational-tactical group of troops (OTGV) “Kharkov”, the new volunteer brigade of Putin's army “Bars” will include several separate detachments: “Bryansk”, “Kursk” and “Belgorod”.
According to the speaker of “Kharkov” Colonel Vitaly Sarantsev, the number of the newly created “Bars” will be about 4,920 “good Russians”, and this manpower will be sent to support the “North” group of troops deployed in the Kharkov direction.
According to some experts, such creation of volunteer brigades in Putin's troops is, in fact, a hidden form of mobilization, and candidates for “liberators” are recruited mainly in poor regions, or foreign citizens are involved (from Nepal or similar Asian countries), who do not always have the appropriate combat experience.
