According to Kharchenko, the Ministry of Energy may cancel emergency shutdowns if the current pace of restoration and repair activities at damaged energy infrastructure facilities is maintained. In particular, on Tuesday-Wednesday (September 3-4), restrictions for household consumers will be “absolutely” minimized, and, probably, completely stopped.
The expert pointed out some conditions that will contribute to the cancellation of hourly schedules:
