As reported by NBN, citing the Institute for the Study of War (ISW), the “second army of peace” has moved southeast of Pokrovsk, and is no longer 11 kilometers away from the city, as was recorded last week.

ISW analysts cited Sergei Tsekhotsky, an officer in the 59th separate motorized infantry brigade named after Yakov Handzyuk, deployed near Pokrovsk: the Ukrainian army retreated from Novogrodovka (southeast of Pokrovsk) to save the lives of the defenders.

In addition, if we are to believe Russian “war correspondents”, Putin's troops took control of Nevelskoye (southeast of Pokrovsk), having advanced northwest of the said village, and also passed north of Zhelanny Pervy and southwest of Lysovka, which, however, is not confirmed by geographic footage.

In addition to all of the above, military observers believe that Putin's army is approximately 8 kilometers from Pokrovsk, which corresponds to the assessment of the Institute for the Study of War regarding the pace of the Russian Federation's advance in this area.
