As reported by NBN, citing the Telegram channel of the Russian propaganda agency RIA Novosti, Kremlin tyrant Vladimir Putin stated that the Russian Federation has never refused to participate in peace talks that are based not on “ephemeral demands,” but on documents agreed upon and initialed in Istanbul.

According to Putin, only a few countries will be able to act as mediators in potential negotiations with Ukraine.

In particular, the Russian dictator allegedly respects only to his “friends” and “partners” who are considered to be openly interested in resolving the entire spectrum of issues related to “this conflict.”

Putin believes that his “peace plan” will certainly be supported by the governments of the People's Republic of China, Brazil and India, since the Kremlin tyrant is in constant contact “with our colleagues on this issue.”

The international criminal also expressed confidence that the leaders of these states “sincerely strive to understand all the details of this complex process.”

Earlier, we wrote that Putin pointed out the primary goal wars of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.
