Sikorski urged EU countries to deprive Ukrainian men of social support

Warsaw, at the instigation of Kyiv, has stopped providing social support to Ukrainians liable for military service in Poland, and, apparently, similar restrictions may be introduced in the European Union.

As reported by “NBN” with a link to the YouTube channel “VictorPinchuk Foundation”, head of the Polish Foreign Ministry Radoslaw Sikorski believes that Western European countries are obliged to adjust their approach to providing social assistance to Ukrainian refugees.

Based on Sikorski's words, Ukrainian men aged 18 to 60 must be “motivated” to return home by canceling European “economic preferences”.

As an example, the head of the Polish Foreign Ministry pointed to Germany, where Ukrainians are guaranteed significant social assistance payments – more than 500 euros per month, and taking into account compensation for living expenses, the amount can reach at least 1,000 euros per month per person, including men. Sikorsky emphasized that similar amounts are being paid to Ukrainian refugees in France and the Netherlands.

Direct speech by the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of a neighboring friendly state:

There is a simple method to help Ukraine – stop providing assistance to Ukrainians who are subject to mobilization. Concealing the draft is not a reason for financial assistance. Just stop paying them.

Earlier we wrote about Sikorsky telling under what conditions Poland could shoot down Russian missiles over Ukraine.
