As reported by NBN with reference to the statement of the head of the Donetsk regional military administration Vadim Filashkin, which was made on the air of the telethon on the YouTube channel “TSN”, tens of thousands of people, including children, still remain in Pokrovsk.
According to Filashkin, 16,000 people, of whom 177 are minors, have not left the frontline city. Thus, at least 30,000 people, including 3,500 children, managed to leave Pokrovsk.
The head of the Donetsk OVA added that he was grateful to the people who took care of themselves and their loved ones. In particular, the increased evacuation measures in this city are explained trivially – the “liberators” are shelling the entire territory of the Donetsk region every day, as well as Pokrovsk, from all available types of weapons – dropping guided aerial bombs, covering with barrel artillery and intensively using kamikaze drones.
Filashkin called on the population to leave the shelled Pokrovsk as quickly as possible.
