A representative of the OTGV “Seversk” said that Putin's army is hitting the Sumy region, since the invaders see the successes of the Defense Forces in the Kursk region. At the same time, the attacks would have continued here or elsewhere, the enemy would shell Ukraine, writes NBN with reference to Radio Liberty.
According to him, the Russians see the results of the operation in the Kursk region and fear that Ukrainian forces will act in other populated areas of the border.
Mysnik reported that at the same time, the invaders reduced the number of mortar attacks on the Sumy region border and stopped striking Kharkiv region with KABs.
He drew attention to the fact that during the offensive in the Kharkiv region, the occupiers stopped launching aerial bombs at Sumy region. This indicates that the “second army of the world” has limited resources. With the start of the offensive in the border region of the Russian Federation, the situation changed in the opposite direction – the enemy strengthened in the Sumy direction.
