On the facts of these war crimes of the terrorist state (shelling), investigators of the National Police have initiated a series of criminal proceedings under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

As reported by NBN, citing information posted on the official page of the National Police of Ukraine, over the past 24 hours, Putin's army fired at 42 settlements in Sumy region using various types of weapons – in total, the invaders carried out 149 strikes.
As it became known, as a result of the above-described massive shelling, two people were killed, two were injured, and 9 private residential houses, 3 outbuildings, 1 hospital building and 1 farm were partially destroyed.
It should be recalled that the “liberators” – the invaders – are using drones to drop tin and glass cans with incendiary mixtures onto forested areas in Sumy Oblast, causing dry vegetation to catch fire. The State Enterprise “Forests of Ukraine” confirmed the occurrence of up to five fires daily, caused by the actions of the invaders.
