At the end of last month, President Volodymyr Zelensky made a statement — Ukraine intends to present its own “victory plan” in the war against the Russian Federation to Washington in September.

As reported by NBN with a link to the official X-account of the head of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen, Zelensky said that this “victory plan,” which the current US President Joseph Biden will soon be familiar with, could work until December 2024, but there are some nuances.
According to Zelensky, approval of most decisions on the above-described “plan” depends on Biden, as well as other allied countries, while some points cannot be implemented without direct support from the US [apparently, we are talking about allowing the Ukrainian Armed Forces to strike deep into the territory of the Russian Federation].
In particular, the “victory scenario” is designed for the adoption of prompt decisions by partner states, not later than the period from October to December, that is, excluding the usual delays in such processes, and, – “then we [Ukraine] believe that the plan will work.”
