Putin's spokesman, commenting on Ukraine's victory plan, said that it is impossible to conduct any analysis based on media reports, NBN writes, citing the Russian propaganda agency TASS.
According to the Kremlin spokesman, the leadership the aggressor country will carefully study Kyiv's proposals as soon as the relevant information appears through official channels.
