The press service The Kharkiv OTGV reported on the losses of the Russian Federation troops for the period from May 10, when Putin's occupation forces began a second offensive in the region, to September 21, NBN reports.
The Ukrainian Defense Forces reported that the “second army of the world” lost 16,384 invaders in almost five months of operations in the Kharkiv region, of which 10,958 occupiers were wounded, and 5,426 “liberators” were eliminated.
Also, during the offensive of the Russian Armed Forces in the region, the Ukrainian Defense Forces damaged or destroyed 1,464 vehicles, 762 artillery systems, 211 armored combat vehicles and 143 tanks of the Russian troops. In addition, the defenders “minus” 4,458 drones of various types and eliminated 152 ammunition depots of the aggressor country's army.
Recall that on May 10, Russian occupation forces launched a second offensive in the Kharkiv region, which did not bring Moscow the expected results. With the start of the Ukrainian Armed Forces operation in the Kursk region, the command of the Russian Armed Forces had to withdraw part of the troops from the region to the territory of the terrorist state.
