According to the official, in the Kievsky district, the floors of one of the buildings hit by KABs “collapsed from the eighth to the third.” The mayor said that the Russians shelled this building at the beginning of the full-scale invasion. The building was almost repaired, insulated, and all the windows were installed. A high-rise building in the Saltovsky district was also hit.

The mayor specified that the enemy attacked a civilian food industry enterprise and destroyed private homes.
