During a speech at the Council on Foreign Relations in New York, the head of the OPU said that Ukraine's plan for victory consists of a clear vision of the steps that need to be taken to achieving a fair and lasting peace.

The official noted that Ukraine's victory plan consists of two parts – military and diplomatic, NBN writes with reference to Yermak's Telegram channel.

The head of Zelensky's Office said that the Armed Forces of Ukraine must have an advantage on the battlefield to force the Kremlin dictator to end the war. The Defense Forces destroyed the Black Sea Fleet without ships, stopped the enemy's advance in most directions without modern fighters and were able to return hostilities to the territory of the Russian Federation.

The representative of Kyiv added that our country has increased weapons production sixfold, but it still lacks the time, technology and resources to produce everything the defenders need.

The head of the OPU asks partners to increase investments in the Ukrainian defense industry and lift the ban on long-range strikes by the Defense Forces deep into Russia. He also confirmed that Ukraine's membership in NATO is part of the victory plan, calling on allies to ignore Moscow's threats of escalation.

Recall that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that the victory plan will be available to all countries, and in particular, the Kremlin should become familiar with it.
