The Dnipropetrovsk Regional Prosecutor's Office reported the start of an investigation into the violation of the laws and customs of war in connection with the missile strike on Kryvyi Rih.

The department also showed photographs of the aftermath of the attack – the destroyed building of the district police department, NBN reports.

The head of the Dnipropetrovsk OVA, Serhiy Lysak, said that as of 13:13, there was 1 dead and 5 injured. The fate of 4 people is unknown. Search and rescue operations are ongoing at the site of the missile strike.

The official said that as a result of the shelling, 23 private residential buildings, 3 multi-story buildings, an educational institution building, and more than 80 cars, including 8 service cars, were destroyed.

It should be noted that at the time of the attack on the city, an air raid alert was declared in the region due to the threat of the enemy using ballistic weapons.

As reported, on the evening of September 26, Putin's army fired KABs at Kharkov. One aerial bomb fell on a private house. The head of the OVA Oleg Sinegubov reported on the consequences of the attack.
