The other day, Dynamo Kyiv lost a nominally home match in Hamburg – the “blue-yellows” failed to beat Lazio from Rome in the first round of the Europa League (the score is 0 to 3).

As NBN reports with a link to the fan site Dynamo.kiev.ua, former football player and coach of the capital club Leonid Buryak a rather interesting opinion has emerged regarding the recent game of Dynamo Kyiv at the initial stage of the Europa League.

Based on Buryak's words, it will be quite difficult for Dynamo to achieve success in the Europa League, since their potential opponents are quite serious and strong teams that Shovkovsky's charges have not encountered for a long time.

The former coach of Dynamo Kyiv emphasized that he is frightened by the fact that the “blue-yellows” have not faced such “skilled” teams for a long time. At the same time, it is difficult to assess the prospects of the capital club, since Buryak openly sympathizes with Dynamo Kyiv, hoping only for a positive atmosphere “within the team.”

The veteran footballer summed up:

I want this generation to leave a mark on the history of Dynamo. We definitely need to get a third championship star on the emblem.
