According to one of the new provisions of the Russian nuclear doctrine, the Russians may use nuclear weapons upon receipt of reliable information about a massive launch of air and space attack weapons against a terrorist state.
A representative of the head of the Kremlin said that there is no need to “excessively appeal to the document” in the context of the Russian invasion of Ukraine and “look for some kind of links” between UAV attacks on the Russian Federation and the nuclear doctrine.
Recall that last week, Belarusian dictator Alexander Lukashenko began to threaten NATO. Putin's ally named the condition for the use of nuclear weapons as his country.
