On Monday, September 30, a dust storm covered the territories of Sumy, Poltava, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Luhansk and Zaporizhia regions, and on October 1 and 2, air quality will worsen in the Kyiv region. Health Ministry specialists listed recommendations for protection against dust, NBN reports.

Doctors urge Ukrainians not to go outside unless absolutely necessary. However, if you still need to go outside, be sure to use protective masks or respirators.

At home and at work, close the doors and windows, sealing the openings, turn off the ventilation systems that take air from outside. Wet clean the premises.

Experts also recommend drinking 2-3 liters of water daily, preferably alkaline mineral water. You should also take a shower several times a day.

Earlier, the Health Ministry explained whether it is possible to get vaccinated in an area of ​​the skin where there is a tattoo.
