As reported by “NBN” with reference to the explanation published in the official Telegram channel of the head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration Vadim Filashkin, almost 300,000 people in the northern part of the region will be left without a stable water supply for an indefinite period of time due to Russian shelling.

According to Filashkin, in Slavyansk, Kramatorsk, Druzhkovka, Konstantinovka and adjacent settlements, in which at least 260,000 people live in total, significant problems with water supplies are being recorded due to the above-described actions of the terrorist state.

The head of the Donetsk OVA added – given the large volume of damage to the relevant infrastructure, there is currently no technical possibility of repairing the equipment.

At the current stage, the OVA, together with local authorities, began work on establishing alternative opportunities aimed at providing the population with water. In particular, technical water supplies will be temporarily carried out from the reservoirs of the KP “Water of Donbass”.
