As NBN reports with reference to information and photographs published on the official Telegram profile of the Southern Defense Forces, Russian occupation forces began to use an unconventional and insidious method of camouflaging the PFM-1 (anti-personnel high-explosive mine), which was given the name “Lepestok”.

In particular, the “liberators” deliberately apply a sticky substance to the “Petals”, after which they roll the PFM-1 in soil, dust or leaves. For this reason, mines become much less visible, so these explosive objects can be mistaken for stones or garbage.

The military emphasizes that if you find such a suspicious object, it is better not to approach it or touch it: you should immediately move as far away as possible and report the dangerous thing to 101, which will save the lives of potential victims of the occupiers.
