Oschadbank has suggested how to bypass restrictions on transferring funds “from card to card”

Starting this month, the bank regulator (NBU) has introduced a limit of 150,000 hryvnia on transfers of funds for individuals (p2p or “from card to card”).

As reported by NBN with reference to an explanation published in the Telegram profile of the head of the board of Oschadbank, Serhiy Naumov, by performing certain actions, you can avoid falling under the enhanced requirements of the National Bank of Ukraine for the above-described types of money transfers.

According to Naumov, by fulfilling certain conditions, you can carry out transactions with assets without restrictions – you should use a slightly different, less familiar mechanism for transferring money, which also allows you not to deduct interest for transactions to a financial institution, that is, bank.

In particular, the head of the state-owned Oschadbank recommends that clients study the possibility of transferring funds using IBAN details. If you make a transfer in the specified order, the money will end up on your card account, although not as quickly as with the card-to-card process. At the same time, there is no limit on the amounts of such transfers, and the operations are cheaper than moving funds from card to card.

Earlier, our information portal wrote that PrivatBank clarified which clientele would not be affected by the limitation of p2p transfers.
