The power outage schedules were cancelled in early September – before that, power supply restrictions were applied due to the destruction of relevant infrastructure facilities by the large-scale shelling by the Russian Federation on August 26.

As reported by “NBN” with reference to the Telegram channels of “Kharkivoblenergo” and Sumyoblenergo, today, September 3, emergency power outages began to operate again in Kharkiv and Sumy regions.
According to energy workers of the Sumy region, temporary emergency power outages have now been introduced in Sumy district and the city of Sumy. In particularly, work aimed at eliminating the emergency situation is currently ongoing. Sumyoblenergo emphasized that the reason for the emergence of such an energy crisis is a series of terrorist acts carried out by the “second army of the world”.
At the same time, in the Kharkiv region, emergency power outages were introduced due to the worsening situation in the “United Energy System of Ukraine”: as of 11:30 am, Ukrenergo reported the stabilization of power supply to the frontline region.
We note that nothing has been reported yet about the cancellation of the above-described outages in the Sumy region.
Earlier, our information portal wrote that The UN reported how many Ukrainian civilians were injured during the summer from Russian strikes.
