The government has reduced the deadline for appearing at the TCC in response to a summons letter

Not long ago, the Cabinet of Ministers imposed on Ukrposhta the obligation to independently print and send out summons letters, without the direct participation of the TCC/SP.

As reported by NBN with a link to the official page of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, a government decree has shortened the deadlines for reservists/conscripts summoned to the TCC/SP by means of a “postal summons”.

In particular, now potential military personnel must visit the TCC/SP not 14 days after receiving the summons letter, but 7-10 days later.

In accordance with the procedure for conscription of citizens into the Armed Forces of Ukraine during the mobilization campaign in a special period, a summons letter concerning the call of a reservist/conscript to any type of territorial recruitment and social support center (TRSC/SP), a similar division of intelligence agencies, the Central Directorate or regional formation of the SBU, is forwarded to the addressee within 48 hours after the notice is signed by the head.

In addition, by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers, a reservist/conscript from a regional center must appear at the TRC/SP within 7 days from the moment of receiving the summons letter (the date is recorded by registered mail with a described attachment/notification regarding delivery), and from other populated areas – after 10 days.
