In the rating of overrated players in modern football, compiled by the sports publication GiveMeSport, London Chelsea striker Mikhail Mudrik took 5th place due to his dismal goal statistics.

As reported by “NBN” with reference to the opinion of the host of the popular British sports radio station talkSPORT, Kwek Afari, the Ukrainian legionnaire of London's Chelsea Mykhailo Mudryk has accumulated a lot of problems.
According to Afari, Mudryk is not able to finally gain a foothold in the Chelsea starting lineup since the transfer in 2023: in the current season, the Ukrainian was only released once to play in the starting lineup of the Londoners in the English Premier League.
The British presenter directly indicated what exactly the 23-year-old winger lacks for effective performances:
He plays in the Conference League, but can't even prove himself there. He has the ability, but unfortunately, he doesn’t have the football IQ [intelligence] to play at that level.
It should be noted that in his last game for Chelsea, Mudrik managed to make only one assist — a happy event that happened in the Conference League match against Belgian Gent (the score was 4 to 2).
