As reported by NBN with reference to Ukrinform's material, the commander Medical Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Anatoliy Kazmirchuk stated that after undergoing the necessary treatment, more than half of the wounded/injured fighters of the Defense Forces will be able to return to duty.
According to Kazmirchuk, at least 70 percent of the wounded/injured, in accordance with statistical data, return to duty. However, in different front areas, such figures may differ. The military added that these 70 percent of recovered servicemen are, in fact, the backbone and foundation of the military contingent.
Kazmirchuk emphasized that the successful treatment of injured defenders allows us not to look for a new mobilization resource, but to rely on trained personnel (the “standard general military training, including military medical training,” is taught at the training ground).
