As reported by “NBN” with reference to information published in the Telegram channel of the head of the Center for Countering Disinformation (CCD) under the National Security and Defense Council, Andriy Kovalenko, active fierce fighting continues in the territory of the Russian Kursk region.

According to Kovalenko, the Defense Forces fighters recently managed to partially regain their positions, but the Russians “climbed” there again, having begun to aggressively send columns of “manpower” and armored vehicles to storm.

The head of the CCD added that the fighting in the Kursk region is currently quite dynamic, maneuvering, typical of wooded terrain, occurs regularly: for this reason, “it is important not to fixate on any [final] conclusions,” since fierce fighting continues, and the situation is constantly changing.

Kovalenko summed up:

…By the way, Russian “war correspondents” are generally trying to “dry up” the topic, because everything is not working out the way they wanted.

Earlier we wrote that the Institute for the Study of War revealed the reason for the sharp intensification of the RF counteroffensive in the Kursk region.
