As reported by NBN with a link to the official Telegram channel of the authorized Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Human Rights (Ombudsman) Dmitry Lubinets, the above-described actions of the soldiers of Putin's army grossly violate the Geneva Convention, in particular, regarding the treatment of prisoners of war.

According to Lubinets, he again sent relevant appeals regarding the commission of another crime by Russians to representatives of the United Nations and the International Committee of the Red Cross.

The Ombudsman added that the recent mass execution of Ukrainians should not go unpunished, and the enemies are obliged to bear the full range of due responsibility. In addition, Russia confirms that it is an obvious terrorist state, regularly violating all the rules and customs of war.

Lubinets summed up:

The international community should not turn a blind eye to such crimes!

Earlier we wrote that DeepState published the geolocation and photos of the execution of nine captured defenders.
