As reported by NBN with a link to the material posted on the official website of the Pension Fund of Ukraine, this type of additional payments is provided to single elderly citizens receiving an age pension and requiring regular outside care.
As it became known, the amount of such an increase in the pension benefit is 40 percent of the subsistence minimum for persons who have lost their ability to work (in the current year – 944 hryvnia).
To assign these 944 hryvnia, you should contact the PFU service center with the following package of documents:
- application;
- passport/ID card;
- TIN;
- conclusion medical commission confirming that the applicant needs regular outside care;
- an extract from the social and pension department stating that the person has not been assigned a similar additional payment for care.
