As reported by NBN, citing a statement by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, aired on the telethon on the TSN YouTube channel, our country's partners need to approve this plan so that the war ends no later than next year.
According to Zelensky, in addition to the above, support for the plan by allied countries will not allow Putin to achieve his goals in Ukraine, without allowing other aggressors to form an identical irresistible desire.
In particular, the Russian Federation must suffer a complete fiasco in the war against Ukraine, without any “freezing of the conflict”, and then Kiev will implement the “victory plan”, forcing Moscow to participate in the Second Global Peace Summit.
In addition, Zelensky listed the key provisions of his plan:
- the first concerns inviting Ukraine to the North Atlantic Alliance;
- the second (with a secret attachment) is the irreversible strengthening of Ukrainian defense capability and the unfolding of the war towards the Russian Federation;
- the third (with a secret attachment, open Washington, London and Rome) – minimization of aggression of the Russian Federation by deploying a comprehensive non-nuclear deterrence package on the territory of Ukraine;
- fourth (with a secret investment for the US and the EU) – strengthening the strategic and economic potential of Ukraine;
- fifth (post-war) – use of the experience of the Armed Forces of Ukraine by NATO and the EU countries, with the simultaneous replacement of American troops in Europe with Ukrainian ones.
