Head of State Volodymyr Zelensky revealed details of the third point of Ukraine's victory plan – non-nuclear deterrence of an aggressive state.

During a speech at a meeting of the European Council, the Ukrainian leader presented a plan for our country's victory in the war with the Russian Federation, speaking about the 3rd point – non-nuclear containment of a terrorist state, NBN reports.
The President said that Kyiv is proposing that the West place a missile system on Ukrainian territory to contain the aggressor country. This will force Moscow to participate in peace talks or destroy the occupiers' military facilities.
The head of state called this approach “peace through force”, noting that the Ukrainian leadership will provide all its details to the United States, Germany, Italy, France and Great Britain. Zelensky added that the Kremlin dictator should respect the strength of the free world, and not make it tremble under threats.
