As NBN reports with reference to the explanation of the head of the Kharkiv regional military administration Oleg Sinegubov, which was voiced during the telethon on the YouTube channel “TSN”, not long ago, the “second army of the world” approached Kupyansk at a distance of 4 kilometers.
According to Sinegubov, the situation in the Kupyansk direction is changing constantly, but the Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers manage to effectively destroy the “liberators”. At the same time, the volatility of the dynamics of military operations, recorded at the current stage of the confrontation, mainly poses a danger to the lives of the civilian population, since the infrastructure of Kupyansk has simply been destroyed.
The head of the Kharkiv OVA added that in order to promote the effectiveness and strengthen the defense of Kupyansk by the Armed Forces of our country, it is necessary to “evacuate the civilian population as much as possible.”
