As reported by NBN, citing information and photographs published on the official Telegram channel of the head of the Odessa Regional Military Administration, Oleg Kiper, on the night of Saturday, October 19, the “second army of the world” fired at the private sector of the regional center, which houses a large number of residential buildings.
According to Kiper, the missile attack by the “liberators” caused a large-scale fire in a three-story building and damaged two cars parked nearby. The fire was quickly localized and extinguished by our “emergency workers”. In addition, this Russian shelling damaged at least a dozen private homes.
According to preliminary information, the civilian population was not harmed.
At the moment, law enforcement officers are recording and documenting the consequences of another war crime by the aggressor country against the civilian population of the Odessa region.
