Media finds out when the West will return to discussing allowing Ukraine to strike deep into Russia

The other day, the leaders of the allied countries (the USA, Germany, Britain and France), who met in Berlin, failed to reach a consensus on the issue of lifting the ban on Ukraine's long-range strikes deep into Russia.

As reported by “NBN” with reference to sources of the French publication Le Monde, the above-described task will not be solved in the short term, and its settlement has predictably been postponed to a somewhat later date.

In particular, the delay in considering the resolution for Ukraine is provoked by the fact that neither Washington nor Berlin intend to follow this path, since they believe that a ban on long-range Western weapons strikes deep into the Russian Federation minimizes the risk of escalation of the “conflict”, while Great Britain and France have the opposite opinion.

Le Monde emphasized:

The issue remained unresolved on Friday [October 18], and will not be resolved until the [completion] of the US elections [beginning November 5].

Earlier, our information portal wrote about Ukrainian drones “set fire” to a defense enterprise in the Nizhny Novgorod region.
