Pletenchuk told how the Russian Federation is trying to protect the remnants of the Black Sea Fleet and the Crimean Bridge from drone attacks

Our country's defense forces, with regular aquadrone strikes, have effectively “driven” the remaining ships of the Russian Black Sea Fleet (BSF) into the port of Novorossiysk, but the occupiers have become active again.

As NBN reports with reference to the explanation of the spokesman for the Ukrainian Navy, Dmitry Pletenchuk, which was voiced during the telethon on the YouTube channel “TSN”, the invaders have to use almost the entire aircraft fleet to properly patrol the waters off the western and southern coasts of the temporarily occupied Crimean Peninsula.

According to Pletenchuk, both aircraft and UAVs of the enemy have been deployed into the airspace in the Crimea area, which are intensively patrolling the Black Sea waters off the above-described coastal areas.

In addition, “the second army of the world” is also using helicopters for anti-drone combat, seeking to similarly protect the remnants of the Black Sea Fleet, “hiding” in their bases from potential drone attacks.

At the same time, a similar patrolling process, “this defense”, is also being carried out at the so-called Crimean Bridge – it is here that “aviation is used to the maximum”: from propeller-driven to front-line bombers and jet fighters.

Earlier, we wrote about how Pletenchuk commented on the GUR cyberattack on the Russian Federation's shipping control system.
