How NBN reports, citing the official Facebook profile of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrsky, that despite all attempts by the “second army in the world” to seize the initiative, the combat situation is controlled by the Defense Forces of Ukraine in these regions.

According to Syrsky, in these regions, Ukrainian soldiers are bravely and effectively carrying out their combat missions. In addition, the wishes and proposals of the commanders of the involved brigades regarding further actions in the Sumy and Kursk regions will be taken into account, and appropriate assistance will be provided in resolving problematic issues.

The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine added that the advantage of the “liberators” in manpower and armored vehicles is offset by the skill and professionalism of the Ukrainian army, which does not allow the aggressor country to achieve its goal.

Syrsky summarized:

Big thanks to our soldiers, sergeants and officers for their courage, fortitude and tireless military labor.

Earlier we wrote about the fact that the Ukrainian Armed Forces operation in Kursk region forces the Russian Federation to accelerate the exchange of prisoners of war.
