As reported by “NBN” with a link According to New Voice sources, a number of officials and military personnel, including representatives of the OPU, will work on the above-described scenario, conceived by President Volodymyr Zelensky and aimed at strengthening Ukraine's defense capability in the war against the Russian Federation.
As it became known, the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council, Oleksandr Litvinenko, is responsible for preparing the plan, and the release of the first version of the document (in essence, an analogue of the “Western” version, aimed at revising the approach to internal affairs) is expected in the short term, then within the coming weeks. At the same time, the final sample of the “internal plan” will probably be presented by Zelensky no later than the end of 2024.
It is assumed that this document will “internally strengthen” Ukraine, define key areas of work necessary for prompt implementation, and also ensure “maximum unity [of the people] within the state.”
