As NBN reports with reference to information published in the official Telegram profile of the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleg Sinegubov, On the morning of Thursday, October 24, the “second army of the world” launched an airstrike on the outskirts of the market in Kupyansk.
According to preliminary information, there are no casualties in Kupyansk, however, rescuers freed a woman in serious condition from under the rubble of the building. In addition, at least 4 people were injured as a result of this air strike.
A 2-story commercial building was also partially destroyed, 12 shopping pavilions were damaged, and the blast wave blew out windows in a number of non-residential premises.
It should be noted that the Kremlin constantly denies deliberately striking civilian infrastructure facilities in Ukrainian cities/villages, but daily facts indicate a completely different situation.
