As NBN reports with reference to Ukrinform's material, the president of the neighboring friendly state, Andrzej Duda, explained, for what reasons Poland will not stop transferring weapons purchased from South Korea to Ukraine, despite requests from its “Ukrainian partners”.

Based on Duda's words, as long as he holds the post of president, his country will not be able to transfer to anyone the weapons purchased in recent years to strengthen the security and defense capabilities of the Republic of Poland.

In particular, we are talking about billions of dollars spent “from our common pockets”, primarily the pockets of Polish taxpayers, and Ukraine's Western allies need to be helped “fill in the gaps” with their own weapons.

It should be noted that the Polish government has signed with Seoul, a number of agreements for the purchase of about 1,000 K-2 tanks, more than 600 K-9 self-propelled guns and at least 300 K-239 self-propelled guns, not counting 48 modern FA-50 fighters.

Earlier, we wrote about how Seoul responded to the ratification by the State Duma of the Russian Federation of the defense agreement with the DPRK.
