The Ukrainian leader added that the actual involvement of the DPRK in military actions in Ukraine should be responded to by exerting tangible pressure on both Moscow and Pyongyang, for the sake of strict compliance with the provisions of the UN Charter and punishing the Russian Federation for the escalation of the war.
