As reported by “NBN” with a link to the official X-account of the headquarters of the British Ministry of Defense, currently fierce fighting continues in the center of the mining town of Selidovo, which is the last significant urban area covering the southern side of Pokrovsk.
According to the assessment of analysts of British military intelligence, since the beginning of this month, the pace of advance of ground units of the “second army of the world” in the direction of Pokrovsk has sharply slowed down, although there are approximately 7 kilometers left to the urban area.
The British Ministry of Defense believes that the ground forces of the aggressor country recently redirected forces and resources to the southern vector, preferring to first capture Selidovo, and have already partially surrounded the city.
Thus, the Russian generals, judging by everything, are trying to use the E-50 highway as a secondary route to Pokrovsk, provided that the “liberators” manage to capture Selidovo.
