The State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported that at night Putin's army carried out an airstrike on the Osnovyansky district Kharkov. As a result of the attack on the private sector, 4 houses were completely destroyed, 19 buildings and 4 cars were damaged. Rescuers quickly extinguished the fire, and the bodies of 4 victims were pulled out from under the rubble – 2 men and 2 women.
The department reported that emergency rescue operations are ongoing at the site of the attack and showed photographs of the aftermath of another airstrike by the Russian Armed Forces on the regional center, NBN reports.

Mayor Igor Terekhov specified that the Russians used a Grom-E1 hybrid missile to attack the city. According to the official, in recent days the occupiers have focused on carrying out terrorist attacks – they are hitting residential buildings, historical monuments, and symbols of Kharkov.
Recall that the regional center was under attack by the invaders on the evening of October 27 and the night of October 28. The head of the OVA Oleg Sinegubov reported on the consequences of the attacks.
