Zelensky explained what the leak of secret points of Ukraine's “victory plan” indicates

The day before, on October 30, The New York Times published information that one of the “hidden” provisions of Zelensky’s “victory plan” contains a request from Ukraine to the United States for the provision of long-range Tomahawk missiles.

As reported by “NBN” with reference to the official YouTube channel of the OPU, President Volodymyr Zelensky made a statement— he does not intend to support the “leak” of the text of the closed annexes to the “victory plan” by partner states for a certain reason.

According to the Ukrainian leader, Kyiv did not announce everything that was included in the “victory plan”, excluding public disclosure of data to allies, despite numerous “messages” from international partners.

Zelensky believes that any plan will remain strong if such a document is supported comprehensively. In particular, the ally country first had to confirm that it was “giving” [Tomahawk missiles], and only then tell everyone [the partners] — “what’s in the appendices.”

Thus, the President of Ukraine is confident that if one of the partners first says what is indicated in the appendices of the “victory plan,” but does not do it, then this means one thing — it [the ally] does not really want to provide something, “postponing the decision.”

Earlier, we wrote about how Zelensky spoke about the leak of data on Tomahawk missiles for Ukraine.
