As reported by NBN with reference to the material from Espresso, the head of the information and consulting company Defense Express, Sergei Zgurets, explained that the thermobaric component of kamikaze drones is considered more effective by enemies due to the large radius of destruction.
According to Zgurets, a thermobaric warhead is a mixture that, in closed spaces, creates high air pressure and elevated temperatures of 2,500 degrees Celsius, which creates new and quite serious threats.
The expert added that the above mixture is quickly sprayed, intensively increasing the degrees over the entire area of the affected room, and affecting the adjacent one, that is, one can be exposed to a lethal temperature not at the point of arrival, but nearby.
