As NBN reports with reference to the explanation of the spokesman of the operational-tactical group of forces (OTGV) “Kharkov” Yevgeny Romanov, which was aired on the telethon on the YouTube channel “TSN”, Putin's army has to accumulate armored vehicles, having refused to use these means on the front lines.

According to Romanov, the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed a colossal number of Russian combat armored vehicles, and the “liberators” are faced with a shortage of this type of equipment. In particular, the occupiers are trying to restore obsolete models of tanks, armored personnel carriers and infantry fighting vehicles, but the process is much slower than “they are burning on Ukrainian soil.”

However, the Kharkov speaker added that Putin's troops are now trying to bring in “manpower” to replenish losses, accumulate reserves of ammunition and concentrate equipment in certain areas, returning to carrying out infantry assaults, that is, ignoring the preservation of people's lives.

Earlier we wrote that ISW reported on the progress of the Defense Forces operation in the Kursk region.
