The Kremlin has set itself a predictable task – to impose on Russian, and probably world society, the most distorted version of the capture of Mariupol by Putin's army (Donetsk region).

As NBN reports with reference to information published on the Telegram channel of the Mariupol City Council, at a meeting of the local branch of the Russian military-historical society, they announced their intention to create a 50-meter monument to the “liberators” of the city on the orders of the Kremlin tyrant Vladimir Putin.
As it became known, this highly dubious monument is planned to be erected on the coast of the Sea of Azov, adding the coat of arms of the terrorist state to the top. The City Council notes that in this way the occupiers are trying to glorify the murderers who comprehensively destroyed Mariupol in 2022, taking the city into a 3-month siege, as a result of which about 22,000 civilians died.
In addition, this same society will create specialized classes for “in-depth study of the past of the Russian Federation”: they will try to Russify children, thereby erasing their Ukrainian self-identification.
