Law enforcement officers of Donetsk region have initiated an investigation into the murder of a civilian by “liberators.”

As reported by “NBN” with reference to the Telegram channel of the Office of the Prosecutor General, Prosecutor of Ukraine, according to preliminary data, on November 10, in the area of ​​the village of Terny (Liman community of Donetsk region), Russian war criminals committed an attack on a civilian.

As it became known, the woman was walking down the street when the invaders opened fire on her from automatic small arms, as a result of which the victim died on the spot.

At the current stage, operational investigative measures aimed at clarifying all the circumstances that led to the tragedy, including identifying the deceased, continue.

Also, under the procedural guidance of the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation has been launched regarding the facts of violation/non-compliance with the laws and customs of war, combined with premeditated murder (according to Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
