The Russian leader's spokesman said that if the US president actually allowed the Ukrainian army to use long-range missiles to shell the entire territory of the aggressor country – this will be a “new round of tension” and “the level of US involvement in the conflict.”

Peskov noted that the Biden administration decided to “add fuel to the fire” with such steps, NBN reports, citing the Russian propaganda agency Interfax.

Putin's spokesman recalled the Kremlin dictator's statement on this matter, which he made in September. The head of the Russian Federation noted that allegedly only the military of NATO countries can enter flight missions into their missile systems, so this would mean the participation of members of the Alliance and the EU in the war.

Recall that on Sunday, November 17, the American publication The New York Times, citing sources, stated that the head of the White House allowed the Armed Forces of Ukraine to use ATACMS missiles to strike the territory of a terrorist state.

As reported, French leader Emmanuel Macron admitted that he could talk to Putin, commenting on the call of German Chancellor Olaf Scholz to the dictator.
