A representative of the 24th separate mechanized brigade reported on the air of “Suspilne Novyny” that the situation around Chasovy Yar remains difficult, the enemy is still trying to capture the city. The “liberators” are not conducting direct attacks, but they have intensified strikes from various types of weapons and the use of aviation, the “NBN” publication reports.
According to him, the line of conflict remains unchanged – now it runs along the Seversky-Donets Donbass canal. Putin's troops were unable to gain a foothold behind the canal and are also unable to accumulate forces in front of it, because the territory is clearly visible.
Polukhin said that a month ago, Russian troops in this direction changed tactics and now they are not storming the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, but are trying to pass through them and act in the rear. The enemy is also building up forces in the direction of Chasovy Yar, but it is too early to say whether these units will be enough for an assault.
As reported, the 68th Brigade stated that Putin's army is massively using infantry instead of armored vehicles in the Pokrovsk area.
